The Loofah Hanger is a retro BBB toy and one of the first we ever made, they consist of 3 pieces of natural loofah approx 1cm thick, 10mm beads, and 3cm  balls. Please Note: Loofah is a natural product so the sizes will always vary. All of our toys are vegetable dyed or have pet safe dyes and are safe for consumption however it is recommended to remove the toys when they have been thoroughly enjoyed and nibbled!
