  • Are your toys safe?
    Yes, we have spent a very long time researching and sourcing materials and products that are safe to chew. This research began before the debut of Bayo's Bunting and we continue to ensure we remain up to date when having to use new suppliers or products! In addition, all of our toys are thoroughly tested with Stacey's own gang before release to check the safety, durability and quality of our toys.
  • What are your toys made of?
    We use a variety of different materials including: willow, seagrass, pine, wicker, apple wood, non-toxic pet-friendly paints and dyes!
  • Which size toy should I choose?
    We aim to cater to a variety of small furries in a safe way. For mice, gerbils, hamsters (or other similar sized pets), we would recommend our Mini range OR Standard range. For larger pets such as rats, rabbits, guinea pigs etc., we would recommend our Standard range only.
  • Can you make me a toy in a different size?
    Of course we can! The toys on the website are fully customisable, you take control over the colour and the size if you're looking for something. Please send us a message if you would like something in a different size.
  • Can you make me a custom toy?
    Absolutely! If you've a toy in mind and can't see it on the website, we'd be more than happy to give it a go! We love creativity so don't hesitate to contact us with your ideas!
  • How can I place an order?
    Please visit the 'Shop' section on our website to place an order. You can add any of our toys to your basket and then proceed to checkout once you're happy with your haul!
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept payment via credit/debit card or via PayPal. We review our options on a regular basis to provide more options for our customers!
  • Can I amend an order that has already been placed?
    Whether you have seen something else you love or have changed your mind, if we haven't yet shipped your order, we should be able to help! Please just contact us so we can discuss your order in more detail.
  • Will I receive an order confirmation email?
    Yes, this will be sent out to the email address you provide at checkout.
  • What is your turnaround time for orders?
    All items are handmade to order so we can meet your specific requirements. Typically our turnaround time is 7 - 14 days.
  • What postage method do you use?
    All orders are sent out using Royal Mail 2nd Class. You can find out more about expected delivery timescales here.
  • Do you offer international delivery?
    We currently only ship to UK addresses and are not able to take international orders.
  • Can I get my order sooner than 7 - 14 days?
    We can try! Depending on the size of your order and the volume of orders we have at a given time, we may be able to send out your order sooner but this is by no means guaranteed. Please contact us if you are are wanting your order sooner and we will be able to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
  • Can I return items?
    We hope you won't need to, but if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue. We may offer to send out a replacement if you receive a damaged or broken item, or a refund depending on the circumstances.
  • My order hasn't arrived yet - where is it?
    Royal Mail advise their 2nd Class service offers delivery within 2-3 working days from dispatch. If you have not received your order and it has been more than 14 working days since you received notification of dispatch, please get in touch with your order number and address so we can investigate.
  • Will I receive an email when my order is dispatched?
    Yes! Once you've received the dispatch email, your order will be heading to the Post Office within the next 24hrs.
